Beginners Hard Gel Course
COURSE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS Suitable for beginners, participants must be aged 16 or over. Starter kit included. £50 non-refundable deposit required. Payment in full 2 weeks before course date. A payment plan can be organised in advance. Private message me for details. Cancellations need to be 2 weeks in advance for a deposit refund. Students are required to work on each other or a practice hand if you have any allergies, or are doing a 1-2-1 course. Please come without product on your nails due to this. Refreshments will be provided. Please bring your own lunch for your break. A digital manual in this subject will be supplied via email for you to refer to during and after the course. Paper copies are available by request.

DAY 2 - Gel overlays - Tip application - Shaping and filing - Prep, application, apex placement - Curing times of the LED/UV lamps - Student on student practice - Q&A session
DAY 3 - Benefits of gel polish, and application - French manicure - Infills and rebalance - Aftercare - Removals - Student on student practice - Q&A Session
DAY 4 - Written and practical assessments - Q&A session CASE STUDIES &
ASSESSMENTS In order to qualify in the beginners hardgel extension course. Case studies and a written assessment need to be completed so that your Educator can see you have the correct knowledge and understanding of all aspects covered on the course. PRACTICAL
ASSESSMENTS A full set of gel extensions, extended with nail tips. A hardgel overlay on the natural nails. A painted gel nail over an extension, or overlay. Painted with a dark gel polish, a pale gel polish and a french manicure. An infill/maintenance of the growth of the extension or overlay. A removal of all product. ( ie an extension, overlay or gel polish) EXAM
RESIT There will be an option to resit the exam priced at £100.
**THIS 4 DAY COURSE RUNS EVERY 2 MONTHS (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY). THE FIRST 3 DAYS (SUN-TUES) RUN CONSECUTIVELY, FOLLOWED BY A TEST ON THE 4TH DAY. PLEASE INCLUDE A MESSAGE WHEN BOOKING WITH YOUR PREFERRED DATES AND I WILL GET BACK TO YOU TO CONFIRM THIS.
